We at Namaste Now believe that the most beautiful and powerful resource in this country are the people that live here, and the people are entitled to safe, secure, affordable housing. At Namaste Now, we create homes and communities that thrive in goodness for families and seniors. Most of us have a family member or friend who will experience housing insecurity, inadequate medical care, homelessness, or will receive assistance from one or more of these great American programs: Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and Section 8 Housing Vouchers/Housing Choice Vouchers. Namaste Now realizes that any one of us could be in this position at any time in our lives.

Michael Lavery

Founder & Principal

Michael received his BA and obtained his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin and LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida. After practicing law for several years with a concentration in taxation and real estate, Michael began what would become a 40+ year career in real estate development. In Colorado and Florida, Michael completed numerous condominium, townhome and land development projects while also teaming up with family members to develop over 500 apartment homes. In 1995, Michael turned his attention to affordable housing and has completed numerous family and senior LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) and Bond projects.

Donna Larner Lavery

Communications Coordinator, Development Liaison & Partner

Donna is a problem solver and natural business leader, bringing with her years of experience as a successful entrepreneur, Emmy award winning journalist, and consumer advocate. Donna is a relationship builder in all phases of pre-development - including design, construction and marketing; and on the operational side with Namaste Now’s management team and its residents in supportive services and community building. Donna completed her undergraduate from California State Long Beach in TV/Radio/Film Production with an emphasis in Broadcast News & Public Policy, and she holds a MA in spiritual psychology from the University of Santa Monica.

Adam Morgan

Tax Credit Financing Specialist & Partner

Adam has been an affordable housing consultant since joining Daniel G. Morgan and Associates back in 2003. He has closed over 100 affordable housing developments across the country. While specializing in Affordable Housing Tax Credits, he also has utilized Historic, Renewable Energy and New Markets Tax Credits. He has extensive relationships with affordable housing equity and debt providers. He has an MBA from the University of Southern California with a focus on real estate development and a BS Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) Tax Credit Advisory Group (TAG).

James G. Ridgeway

Development Manager & Partner

Jim is a Denver native who has been practicing law and pursuing real estate development since 1991. Jim graduated from Colorado State University before obtaining his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1991. During his varied career, Jim has successfully handled all manner of real estate law and real estate development related matters, including site selection and acquisition, contracting, appraisals, construction and permanent financing, leases, mechanic’s liens, construction disputes, and foreclosures and evictions.

Christian Lavery

Assistant Development Manger &

Jr. Partner

Christian graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2020 with specialisations in business, film production and anthropology. Immersion in the development business from an early age has given him a solid foundation of which to help manage and develop affordable housing projects. Christian is currently based in Denver, helping manage day to day management objectives of Namaste Now.

Chelsea Larner

Social Media Manager & Jr. Partner

Chelsea draws on a solid background working as a producer in the advertising industry of LA for over a decade. Working for the likes of Apple, Beats by Dre, Uber and Google, Chelsea is a confident project manager with the ability to coordinate large scale and often international projects with big budgets and quick deadlines. While still based in LA, and working full time as a producer; Chelsea oversees development activities at Namaste Now.
